- Abstract
The article discusses the preemption of special driver's licenses issued in North Carolina known as N.C. licenses, for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) grantees. It mentions the announcement of the U.S. President Barack Obama administration to defer any removal action for qualified undocumented immigrants under DACA. It adds the applications received by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for same.
