- Authors
Jett, Stephen C.
- Abstract
The study investigates the perception of students in a university regarding noise pollution in California. Noise or unwanted sound have long been recognized as a negative environmental factor. However, it has received less scientific study and political attention in the past. This study examines the psychological and perhaps the physiological implications of noise pollution and offers recommendations for better noise control.
