- Abstract
In the treatment group, four of the five lame horses had a reduction in lameness by more than 50% within 2 hours, while all saline horses had similar lameness at 2 hours. Samples from 3 horses with minimal fetlock pathology (H) and 3 horses with severe fetlock pathology (P) at 6 months were selected for analysis. Data were retrospectively gathered from medical records of greyhounds receiving surgical intervention for a tarsal injury including injury treatment and outcome.
