- Abstract
The article presents the author's views on the professional life of Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Edward R. Becker. According to the author, Becker remarkably handled legal issues in the district court with all relevant facts and arguments. Moreover, he made good decisions in the biggest and toughest court cases by considering the technical and procedural issues that other lawyers would generally escape.
