The article focuses on the coherent limitation period for breach of fiduciary duty claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) passed by the U.S. Congress. Topics discussed include role of ERISA in preventing frauds, role of courts in escaping the liabilities by trustees and interpretation of common law of trusts.
