The article discusses how labor arbitration can be used to protect undocumented workers in the U.S. and the need to repeal the agricultural and domestic worker exemption under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Also cited are the challenges facing said workers like the inability to fight unfair labor practices and poor working conditions, and the need for the judiciary to reconsider its position on workplace rights.
