- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 60-year-old male patient suffering from diarrhea and hematochezia. The old man has a surgical history of femur fracture and ischemic heart disease as well as underwent colonoscopy which showed a small polyp in his cecum and three of them in his rectum. An overview of his diagnosis with solitary extramedullary plasmocytoma (SEP) is also presented.
