- Abstract
The article focuses on the need of expanding the existing and future state revenge porn statutes to target minors engage in the activity with the exposure to social media. It mentions that alternative remedies to criminalizing revenge porn and the conviction of possession and dissemination of child pornography and the sexting. It also mentions that the need of special provisions for minor-to-minor transmission of graphic images.
