- Abstract
The article discusses arguments over the constitutionality of campaign finance disclosure rules and legislative debates on the future expansion and adoption of these rules. It highlights the conflicting opinions of two judges on the disclosure issue in the case Citizens United versus Federal Election Commission (FEC). It addresses whether the disclaimer and disclosure rules lead in more knowledgeable voters using political psychology literature on voter decision-making.
