- Abstract
The article announces the search for the outstanding student to join the Quantitative Fisheries Center (QFC), as a funded graduate fellow and doctoral student within the Department of Fisheries and Wildlife at the Michigan State University in East Lansing. The selected student will conduct research in an area related to the activities of QFC like fish population dynamics and fisheries assessment and management. Successful candidate will be fully supported for four years and can apply for a fifth year of funding. To be considered for the fellowship, the student must submit a formal application for graduate studies in the department including all supporting materials. The start of the application reviewing will be on February 1, 2006.
