- Abstract
The evaluation criteria has a decisive influence on the objectivity, validity and degree of the is dentification of the evaluation results. The construction of the evaluation criteria for the implementation of the rural teacher policy in contemporary China should be developed around “ dimensions and requirements冶, in which dimensions refer to the framework design of the evaluation criteria, including the implementation cost, implementation guarantee, implementers, degree of the group satisfaction, implementation influence, and requirements are the concretization or indexation of dimensions. The improvement of policy implementation on this basis should focus on three aspects, that is, further improving the design of the rural teacher policy to consolidate the foundation of the policy implementation, clarifying the main responsibility of the implementation of the rural teacher policy to solve the problems of “ what should be done" and “ how to do it better", and promoting the social support for the implementation of the rural teacher policy to realize the transformation from a chaotic spontaneous state to a clear organizational state.
