Hepialiscus htayaungi, sp. nov. is described based on a series collected in Chin, Myanmar. It differs from its closer relatives mainly in the morphology of the male genitalia. The holotype male is deposited in the Collection Padre Jesus Santiago Moure at University Federal do Paraná, Curitiba, Brazil.
