- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old patient with chronic low back pain treated using ultrasound-guided dry needling therapy targeting the quadratus lumborum muscle. Topics discussed include the prevalence of myofascial pain syndrome as a common cause of chronic low back pain, diagnostic challenges associated with this condition, and the successful management of the patient's pain using ultrasound-guided dry needling therapy.
