- Abstract
The article reports the decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the case "Weaving v. City of Hillsboro." The court held that an employer should be allowed judgment as a matter of law on an employee's claim that termination of his employment was in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) while a plaintiff 's disability does not substantially limit the employee in a life activity.
