- Abstract
The article offers notes and observations concerning public confidence towards the U.S. judiciary system. Several factors being considered when questioning public confidence include the groups or leaders involved, the level of esteem or respect, the courts, and the selected periods of time. A belief in the fairness and impartiality of the tribunal influence public confidence toward courts in the U.S. Several norms aimed at improving public confidence towards the judiciary system are being drafted by the Judicial Conference of the U.S. and the American Bar Association.
