- Abstract
The article offers information on the Uniform Law for the International Sales of Goods (ULIS) as agreed upon in the Hague Convention of 1964 held in Hague, Netherlands. As stated, the conference has unified the project and rules for international sales transactions to a significant stage in the U.S. It talks about the bills of exchange and promissory notes related to domestic sales law. It talks about a sale by an American seller to an American buyer for the shipments of goods to other countries. ULIS covers international sale and offer solutions to borderline problems.
