- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 19-year-old woman with Takayasu arteritis which has been identified through dual-source computed tomography (DSCT). It notes that adrenocortical hormone therapy allowed for normalized rate of C-reactive protein level and blood sedimentation. It mentions that the occlusion of the brachiocephalic artery has been demonstrated through maximum intensity projection (MIP) reformations.
