- Abstract
The article argues for a balance between student freedom from discrimination in higher education and First Amendment rights through student outreach by administrators. Topics discussed are precedent case regarding free speech on college and university campuses, university obligations to address discrimination, intersection between free speech and bias response on campuses, and federal circuit court rulings regarding administrator meetings with students alleged to have engaged in biased conduct.
