Title
Deliberative decision-making promotes positive psychological outcomes for autistic adolescents.
Abstract
The article presents the University College London (UCL) Institute of Education research as of November 2020, which showed that autistic adolescents who have sufficient time in making decisions experience higher self-esteem, more happiness and less antisocial behaviour. Also measured are the risk-taking behaviour and decision-making ability of the young people. The comment of UCL's Eirini Flouri on their study is also presented.
