The article focuses on advocacy and social movements surrounding equality, diversity and inclusion have largely been at the forefront of conversations worldwide and movements such as #MeToo and #BlackLivesMatter emphasizing micro and macro levels. It mentions social change look to the ways in which cultural patterns and human interactions and relationships develop over time. It also mentions vision has been supported through the creation of workplace equality networks (WENs).
