- Abstract
The article discusses the issue on the need for the federal law to reassess the application of wholesale price ceiling preemption based on the clean energy policy in the U.S. It states that this issue is the result of the move of the federal government to make a more diverse values like conservation and fuel diversity found in the modern law policies. The article also examines the effectiveness of the clean energy and ceiling preemption policies, the innovation of feed-in tariffs, and the reasonable prices for electric power.
