- Abstract
The article analyzes the role of the African Union Peace and Security Council (CPS), which is patterned after the United Nations and aims to enforce union decisions, in rejecting the unconstitutional changes of government. It reflects on the progress made by the CPS in various African states and offers suggestions to improve its enforcement action.
