- Abstract
The article presents information on the concept of hybrid constitutionalism with respect to the judicial review on the constitutional revolution in Israel. The Parliament of Israel enacted two laws regarding the civil rights namely the Human Dignity and Liberty law and the Freedom of Occupation law. Information on the impact of the decision of the Supreme Court of Israel on the case regarding the existence of the Constitution in the country is also presented.
