- Abstract
The article presents information on asset protection planning in regards to Missouri laws and the role of fraudulent transfer rules. It states that the perfect asset protection tool is to exempt assets from creditors in an unlimited amount and discusses the law governing life insurance. It further states that Missouri debtors cannot claim the exemptions under the Bankruptcy Code but can claim exemptions under Missouri law. It also discusses choice of law, types of life insurance, and premiums.
