- Abstract
The article discusses the concept of co-location in relation to the land use and housing priorities in places such as Vermont. According to the article, co-location refers to all of the elements that surround a parcel or property and affect its value. Land use conflicts are mentioned, along with several legal cases which deal with topics such as the constitutionality of zoning in the U.S. The displacement of individuals is examined, as well as American real property laws and housing policies.
