- Abstract
The article offers information on the role, significance and rights of leaders in faith-based schools in following their beliefs in hiring and personnel actions under the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It discusses the history, development and status of the religious freedom under the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. It analyzes decision of Hosanna-Tabor v. EEOC, United States v. Windsor and Hollingsworth v. Perry for anti-discrimination statute.
