- Abstract
The author discusses the need for familiarization of the role of music in significant life experiences of music therapists to increase sensitivity towards cultural and religious backgrounds. She states that personal concept on professional decisions can be informed by religious practices. The author notes that clinical practice is complemented and enriched by the travel of religious identity into therapeutic relationships.
