- Abstract
The article discusses the author's claim that the use of a central institutional review board (CIRB) is an essential requirement for cancer-related clinical trials as of 2017, and it mentions the legal and ethical aspects of CIRBs, as well as issues related to human subjects research involving chronic and deadly diseases.
