- Abstract
The article discusses research which measured outcomes of remote activity monitoring (RAM) for persons living with dementia over an 18-month period. The study examined the association of RAM technology with reductions in negative health transitions and healthcare service utilization for persons with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. It compares emergency department visits and falls between the intervention and control patient groups.
