- Abstract
An essay analyzing the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Riley v. California, in which the Court examined the constitutionality of warrantless search and seizures of cell phone contents during unreasonable arrest under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, is presented. It discussed the Supreme Court's decision in cases including Katz v. United States, Chimel v. California, and Olmstead v. United States related to violation of rights of privacy in digital age.
