- Abstract
The article discusses U.S. Supreme Court cases such as National Labor Relations Board v. Noel Canning on appointments to the Board, Arizona v. Inter Tribal Council on voter identification requirements, and McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission on political campaign contributions. Partisanship in the 2013 government shutdown, conservative versus liberal politicians, and the writing of the U.S. constitution are also discussed.
