- Abstract
The article presents information on research papers prepared by researchers of the College of Business Administration, University of Hawaii. Joel Seidman, visiting colleague in industrial relations, is completing his analysis of Hawaii's public sector collective bargaining law. In addition, he is working on an IPA project that examines the treatment of public sector supervisors under state labor relations legislation. Joyce M. Najita, in collaboration with other staff members, is preparing a series of reports on selected statutory provisions in public sector collective bargaining for publication. The first of this series deals with the scope of negotiations. Helene S. Tanimoto (formerly Helene Shimaoka) is completing her annual study on the duration of collective bargaining agreements in Hawaii.
