- Abstract
The article focuses on the single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) analysis of the hyper-cellulolytic mutant of the ascomycete Trichoderma reesei that has been developed in Japan. It mentions that the carbon catabolite repressor gene cre1 detected are responsible for increased cellulase production. It also presents several tables related to the SNP analysis of several mutants.
