- Abstract
The article describes the creation of a triple-fluorescent cell line to simultaneously visualize microtubules, chromosomes and nuclear envelopes in living cells. The spindle structure and chromosome distribution in living cells were observed. The result of the pilot experiments with microtubule-disturbing drugs Taxol and monastrol showed the usefulness of the cell line for mitosis inhibitor studies.
