- Abstract
The article discusses the result of the study on the retraining of plant personnel to be assigned as computer electronic technicians. It tells that in regard to educational background, an analysis of the total plant population indicated that 35.a percent had less than a high school education, 50.5 percent were high school graduates and 14.1 percent had training beyond high school. It says that for trained group, 9.2 percent are less than high school, 74.9 percent are high school graduates and 15.9 percent are beyond high school. Moreover, all of the men trained were above average compared to the general plant population in learning ability, knowledge of algebra and knowledge in mechanical, electrical and electronic principles.
