- Abstract
The article presents a study of synthesis of alloys based on superpure aluminum. High-purity aluminum and alloys based on it are widely used in microelectronics for the production of integrated circuits. However, the absence of experimental data on the effect of various elements on corrosion and electrochemical properties of high-purity aluminum complicates the choice of specific compositions for alloys with enhanced resistance to degradation processes. We established that the effect of strontium on aluminum was such that with increase in the concentration of strontium the stationary potentials and the corrosion potential regularly shifted towards negative values.
