- Abstract
Powder materials in raw materials of inorganic artificial stone account for a large proportion, the key to improve property of inorganic artificial atone is the workability of composite powder, while the flow performance of the powder is an important factor of the workability. Adopting different method of grinding process, the basic working parameters of workability of composite powders were studied and continuous flow regulation and better bulk density of composite cement powder was achieved by using laser particle size analyzer, polarizing microscope and SEM. The result showed that the composite cement powder surfaces were smoother, more regular and particle distribution was more continuous after wet grinding process, after 30 min of grinding, the powder reached the best effect of fluidity, the powder spent 2.68 s to outflow entirely, which the bulk density was 30%; after 60 min of grinding, the grinding performance got worse, 4.55 s spent to outflowing entirely, and the bulk density was 60%, while the composite powder appeared to gather seriously.
