- Abstract
To reduce the gas disaster of high gas coal seam and improve the gas drainage efficiency of high-level borehole, the height of the “three belts” of the overlying strata movement of the 15# coal seam in Mabao coal mine was analyzed and calculated. The height of the falling belt of the 15203 working face in Mabao coal mine was 10.06~14.46 m, and the height of the fracture zone was 38.75~49.95 m. Then COMSOL numerical simulation software was used to simulate the elevation angle, azimuth angle and bore length of high-level drilling, and the optimal placement parameters of high-level drilling were tested for 15203 working face. The results show that the optimal arrangement parameters for numerical simulation of high-level drilling are that the drilling inclination should be controlled at 9°~12°, the azimuth should be 30°~45°, and the drilling length should be 150 m. The best placement parameters for high-level drilling in field test are inclination angle of 8°~11°, angle of 30°~42°, and drilling length of 145~155 m. The measured data is basically consistent with the simulation results, which is other low penetration. The high-level drilling optimization of gas coal seam provides reference value.
