- Abstract
The article focuses on the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Brandenburg v. Ohio on incitement as a legal doctrine which involves hateful speech. It mentions defendant in that case was a complicated poster-child for protecting free speech rights and incitement doctrine of American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). It also mentions legacy of Brandenburg and the application of incitement doctrine and highlighting the experience of Eleanor Holmes Norton.
