- Abstract
This article brings up new evidence on the potential of narratives about school experience for the enlargement of the spectrum that underpins the dialectic between theory and practice of teachers. Reports of school life presented in this study were subject to analysis, interpretation and understanding, a deep respect for their narrators. Subscribers in the microenvironment of Bronfenbrenner (1979), sought to uncover the actions performed by different stages and educational actors in the nine narratives school. It was found that teachers and their relationship with students is the nucleus of the school reports, relegating other relational dimensions that result from peers and family to the background. These elements call for the necessary action reflective of parents and teachers as well as the importance of strategies aimed at the strengthening of ties between the student and teacher, appearing as essential for the harmonious development of the student.
