- Abstract
Nowadays, the development of digital technologies is constantly progressing, and artificial intelligence is becoming more and more popular. E-commerce companies aim to influence consumer behavior in such a way as to encourage them to purchase the given products, services, or brands. In this case, the application of innovative artificial intelligence tools in the field of e-commerce appears to be the right solution. The article aims at describing the essence of artificial intelligence, and the intention is also to evaluate the importance of artificial intelligence and point out the possibilities of its use in the context of e-commerce based on an overview of available studies on this issue.
