- Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to determine the predictors of the treatment response of immunosuppressive (IS) treatment to Chinese patients with acquired haemophilia A (AHA). Univariate analysis of pedictors of IS therapy response distinguished the association between very high-titre factor VIII1 (FVIIIs) and mucosal bleeding. It reveals that the complete response (CR) rate in patients with one of the factors, both factors and neither of the factors was 70%, 18% and 92%, respectively.
