- Abstract
This instrument is intended to facilitate stakeholders to identify standard documents as a major reference in assessing academic programs at the higher learning institutions. The basis employed in fostering this instrument was based on the COPPA and COPIA documents adopted by the MQA. Compared to the quantitative assessment instrument issued by the MQA, this instrument will emphasizes specific areas in the evaluation process such as program nomenclature, PLO, CLO, SLT, method of delivery, assessment etc. Through this instrumental the standard and uniformity of understanding among the stakeholders will be established. Thus, the issue of difference point of views among stakeholders will be eliminated.
