Abstract
The article discusses the short stories of author Katherine Mansfield located and written in Paris, France. It highlights the analysis on the concept of spirit of place in her works including "Je Ne Parle Pas Français," "An Indiscreet Journey" and "Feuille d'Album." An overview of her relationship with poet Charles Baudelaire is also presented.
