- Abstract
The article focuses on the two final regulations affecting the livestock and other products issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The Traceability for Livestock Moving Interstate final regulation which establishes new rule for Animal Disease Traceability was promulgated by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service of the USDA in December 2012. The Country of Origin Labelling (COOL) was enacted by the U.S. Congress as part of its 2002 Farm Bill.
