- Abstract
The article presents a case study in which the uterine torsion in a 5-year-old bitch was corrected by caesarean operation. Dead foetuses in the uterus was revealed in the ultrasonography. On the basis of these observations, the bitch was operated for caesarian section. Daily dressing of surgical wound with betadine solution was done after the operation. Uneventful recovery was seen in the health of the bitch.
