- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 44-year-old women who underwent treatment for esthetic improvement of her maxillary central and lateral incisors with porcelain laminate veneers (PLVs) and crowns. Information is presented about value control of adjacent PLVs and crowns and states that total value can be decreased by lowering the value of the opaque layer while increasing the frequency of the body layer. The advantage of the ceramic crown with the zirconia coping is also discussed. The finishing and the insertion of the crowns are also discussed. It further discusses that the work of the dental technician is both challenging and rewarding.
