- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 43-year-old woman who was taken to the emergency department due to frontal headache and diplopia associated with right eye ptosis. She was diagnosed with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) resulting from posterior communicating (PCom) aneurysms and was recommended to undergo surgical treatments. The symptoms of oculomotor nerve palsy resulting from aneurysm and underdiagnosis of PCom aneurysm are discussed.
