- Abstract
The article presents a case study of ML, a 36-year-old right-handed woman who presented to the emergency department for evaluation of a headache which started 24 hours prior to presentation. The patient had a long history of headaches, a complicated past medical history and family history of cancer. She was diagnosed with Cowden's syndrome, a secondary cause of headache even though her medical history pointed to a primary cause. The article elaborates the various causes of headaches.
