The article presents practical advice for attorneys in Florida on how to use the doctrine of judicial estoppel in employment law-related cases. Bankruptcy law and practice in Florida is mentioned, along with the U.S. Supreme Court and the claim that judicial estoppel protects the integrity of the judicial system in America. The legal rights of parties involved in litigation are examined, along with several legal cases involving issues such as the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and debtors.
